Farm Bureau
Travis County Farm Bureau’s mission is to be the state’s
most effective membership organization committed to the advancement of
agriculture and prosperity for rural Texas; and, to provide our members
with a wide range of involvement programs, cost-effective services, and
an attractive benefit package.
Travis County Farm Bureau (TCFB) is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental,
voluntary organization of farm and ranch families and friends of agriculture
united in promotion of agriculture. Travis County Farm Bureau is in District
8 of the Texas Farm Bureau.
The purpose of the Travis County Farm Bureau is to better the conditions
and efficiency of agricultural producers
and promote a wholesome desirable life through education, information
and other such programs related to agriculture
and in accordance with Section 501 (c) (5) of the Internal Revenue Code
and the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act of 1959 as amended.
All persons who are interested in and support the purpose of
the TCFB organization are eligible for membership. Dues of
$35 per year provides membership in Travis County Farm Bureau, the Texas
Farm Bureau, and the American Federation of Farm Bureaus. You may fill
out a membership
application and mail it to the Travis County Farm Bureau office,
